King Home Designs is owned and operated by Barbara King, a residential designer located in Louisville, TN, who specializes in the design of custom and spec homes. Among our new home designs, we offer remodeling and addition designs, drafting/plan alterations for home owners and builders and general drafting services.
As a residential designer, I work closely with my clients to create a home which not only satisfies the needs of their lifestyle and personalities, but also a place that they can call “home”; because truly, A house is not a home, unless it is "Designed for a King.”
In order to design a home that meets these needs, we first develop a personal relationship with each client that is based on trust and understanding, and from there, we can use our talents to make their dreams become a reality. Our desire is to create a home that our clients will be satisfied with and enjoy for years to come.
